Admission Forms
Canterbury Classical School admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.
Supply Lists
Families are responsible for purchasing supplies for students each year and are asked to bring them to Meet the Teacher.

NEW students
New students must complete/provide the following forms and documents before attending school:
Health Assessment (A physical copy to be completed by the student’s physician.)
Copy of Birth Certificate
Copy of Both Parental/Legal Guardian Identification
Immunization Records
